Removing Barriers to Education

Care Team: Who They Are and Why They’re Important

The Foundation is proud to have our Care Team Liaisons in all 36 NSD schools and programs.
Started in 2018, Care Teams are designated NSD staff who nominate students in need for financial help. Most Care Team Liaisons are school staff members who have direct contact with students, such as counselors, nurses, and other support personnel.

Because of our Care Team Liaisons, we can continue removing barriers in education for Northshore students!
