Classroom Grant Feature: Kevin Finney at Bothell High School

Pictured: Kevin with new 3D Printer
We’re proud to fund an educational grant to Kevin this fall cycle!

Read Kevin’s words:

“I teach engineering and Robotics at Bothell High School.

The grant blessed us with a new printer…this new printer will be instrumental to our season.
[The printer] prints gears and it [gears] goes into our robots. We print A LOT of gears! There are a lot of 3D parts [for robots]! This [printer] will be hugely instrumental for our success.

Regarding the club…since last year, we’ve grown over 400% in student attendance! In mentors, over 500%! This room is full three times a week [for robotics]! We do plan on growing more, more, and MORE!

I can’t tell you how grateful we are to the Foundation to support us like this. It means the world to us!
